- Ignore, swipe up finish the current video and close the app
- Start watching something more interesting instead
- Make a to-do list of videos to watch and add 2-3 more to the list

The thing about focus or distraction is – it’s a state of mind, you can do things to switch that state of mind. The moment you start to do something that’s easier to focus on the distractions starts to fade into the background. The same goes for happiness.
In fact, if you are aware enough then when you get into a sad state you can distract yourself to something that makes you happy and within minutes the sadness starts to fade…
Actions trigger emotions just as much as the other way around… The only difference is – here you are making a conscious choice about what emotional state you wanna be in, rather than being swept away by your emotions…
