Change the menu! Remove anything that spells anything like S H I T!
If you have a bookshelf beside your bed then you will read a book before bedtime!
If you have your iPhone in your hand then you will spend two hours on YouTube!
It’s not about how much willpower you have!
Or developing the courage to do the right thing!
That’s the fucking point
You don’t have to go all Arnold Schwarzenegger on your willpower.
You just have to change the damn menu.
Coz at the end of the day when you’re hungry then you don’t eat out of your willpower you eat what’s available in the menu.
