Positivity is the natural state of mind
To really understand and appreciate this statement your state of mind would have to go full circle
- First Normal: Where you take the positive for granted
- Then Negetive: This is where you are depressed and you would do anything to feel the way you used to feel
- The Worker: this is where you desperately work your way up to ‘normal’
- The Bliss: Now that you understand how fragile and transient it is, you have a renewed appreciation for the normal
Most people don’t get to go through the complete circle because they get stuck on one phase for so long that that becomes their normal.
