When you lay out the welcome mat for that which makes you uncomfortable or afraid, it really flips. I was kinda getting anxious about Bunty not coming, tried to shoo off the thought but it kept coming back in some form
And then I laid out the welcome mat and let the whole scenario play out, me taking a metro and then a train, and the whole thing flipped. I can do that. No biggie,
And in a moment it flipped from anxiety due to uncertainty to a self-empowered I got this
