Every once in a while I will message one of my team members asking them to do something hard on a Sunday
Most of the time I get an – are you nuts it’s a Sunday!
But every once in a while one of these guys would go – that sounds too interesting to wait for Monday
Those are the kind of people who ultimately end up in the inner circle…
I am by no means vilifying, being normal or taking a day off…
But there is definitely something incredibly wonderful about people whose eyes light up with excitement when they hear about an idea
That’s how I met my cofounder, it’s been a little over six years!
We’ve had our ups and downs but that’s how it started and it’s been great. And we’ve just gotten started!
Point is that excitement for something new and interesting is not something you can replicate or fake, and that’s what ultimately drives most great works and ideas!
Essentially what I’m trying to say is you find magic and magical people when the three words come together Campaigns, Teammates, Sundays
